Leaf spot is the most commonly occurring disease in most of the crops. The infected plants develop small dark spots on older leaves usually grow bigger on development with light black centre which are said to be fruiting spores of Septoria fungi. The highly infected leaves turn yellow and finally turns brown and may also drop off. Effective control measures for leaf spot should be taken care.
