About Alanto Insecticide
Alanto Insecticide is a Bayer product containing Thiacloprid 21.70% SC. It has a contact, stomach, systemic and translaminar activity. It is used on insect pests that damage crops by sucking sap or feeding plant parts.
Alanto Insecticide can be used in recommended crops such as cotton, paddy, chilli, tea, brinjal, soybean and apple. It is used against pests like whitefly, rice stem borer, thrips, shoot and fruit borer, girdle beetle, tea mosquito bug, aphids and jassids.

Mode of Action: Thiacloprid works on the insect central nervous system by disturbing normal nerve signal transmission. It acts on specific nerve receptors, which leads to over excitation of nerve cells. This causes disorder in the insect nervous system and finally results in pest death.

Foliar Spray: Apply Alanto Insecticide as a uniform foliar spray using the recommended crop wise dose and water volume. Use a knapsack, battery or power sprayer with proper nozzle selection to ensure good crop coverage.
