About Borneo Miticide
Borneo Miticide is a Sumitomo Chemical India Ltd. product containing Etoxazole 10% SC. It is a miticide used for managing mite infestation in recommended crops.
Borneo Miticide is recommended in brinjal, tea and apple crops. It is used against red spider mite in brinjal and tea, and European red spider mite in apple.

Mode of Action: Borneo works by inhibiting the formation of chitin in mites. Due to this, larvae and young mites do not develop their outer shell completely and eventually die. The product also affects the egg and larval stage of mites, along with the reproductive capacity of adult female mites, disturbing the mite life cycle.

Foliar Spray: Apply Borneo Miticide as a foliar spray using the recommended crop wise dose and water volume. Spray properly so that the solution reaches every leaf, including the lower side of leaves where mites are commonly present.
Apply Borneo at an early stage of mite attack. Spray Borneo when mite population reaches 3 to 5 mites per leaf. Do not spray during windy days.
