Contaf Plus Fungicide (Hexaconazole 5% SC) by Tata Rallis is a systemic fungicide with protective, curative and antisporulant activity. It is used to manage fungal diseases in mango, paddy and grapes crops. Contaf Plus is effective against powdery mildew in mango and grapes and sheath blight in paddy. Method of Application
Foliar Spray: Apply Contaf Plus as a foliar spray using the crop specific dose and water volume given in the dosage table. Prepare the spray mixture by taking the required quantity of Contaf Plus, diluting it with a small quantity of water and mix well. Add the remaining quantity of water and stir properly before application. Use suitable spraying equipment such as knapsack sprayer, foot sprayer, compression knapsack sprayer, compression knapsack battery sprayer, ASPEE-HTP sprayer or gator sprayer. Ensure uniform coverage of the crop canopy.
For a Mango tree, Spray volume is required depending on size of tree and plant protection equipment used.
Best Time to Spray
Apply Contaf Plus when disease incidence is observed. Spray preferably during early morning or evening hours. Avoid spraying during rainy, windy or hot sunny conditions.
