Ergon Fungicide (Kresoxim-methyl 44.3% w/w SC) by Tata Rallis is a broad-spectrum systemic fungicide belonging to the QoI strobilurin group. It provides protective and curative disease control with meso-stemic, translaminar and vapour action. Ergon is used to manage fungal diseases in paddy, grapes, chilli, soybean, potato, cotton, wheat, maize, tea, and apple crops. It helps control blast, sheath blight, powdery mildew, downy mildew, fruit rot, die back, twig blight, rust, leaf spot, grey mildew, leaf blight and apple blotch.
Kresoxim-methyl 44.3% w/w SC
Mode of Entry: Systemic action
Mode of Action: Ergon contains Kresoxim-methyl, a Quinone Outside Inhibitor (QoI) fungicide belonging to the strobilurin group. It inhibits fungal respiration by interfering with mitochondrial electron transport, restricting fungal energy production, and further disease development. The product provides systemic activity along with meso-stemic, translaminar and vapour action, helping protect the crop from fungal infection.
Time of Application: For better disease management, apply at the early stage of disease development or when disease incidence is observed.

Method of Application
Foliar Spray: Apply Ergon as a foliar spray using the crop specific dose and water volume given in the dosage table. Prepare the spray mixture by adding the recommended quantity of Ergon to a small quantity of water and mix thoroughly. Add the remaining quantity of water and stir properly before application. Use suitable spraying equipment such as knapsack sprayer, foot sprayer, compression knapsack sprayer, compression knapsack battery sprayer or ASPEE HTP sprayer. Ensure uniform coverage of the crop canopy.
For an Apple, per tree spray volume is based on size of the tree
Best Time to Spray
Apply Ergon at the early stage of disease development or when disease incidence is observed. Spray preferably during early morning or evening hours. Avoid spraying during rainy, windy or hot sunny conditions.
Ergon is compatible with commonly used insecticides and fungicides. Check compatibility locally before preparing tank mixtures.
Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight, food, feed, fertilizers and water sources. Keep the product in its original sealed container.
“For best results, Apply Tata Rallis Ergon according to the crop specific disease recommendation and ensure uniform coverage of the crop canopy. Use it during the early stage of disease development for effective disease management. Rotate fungicides with different modes of action as part of resistance management.” - BigHaat Agronomy Expert
