Asataf Insecticide (Acephate 75% SP) by Tata Rallis is a systemic insecticide with contact and stomach action. It belongs to the organophosphate group and works by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase activity in target insects. Asataf is used to control sucking and chewing pests in cotton, safflower and paddy crops. It is effective against jassids, bollworms, aphids, stem borer, leaf folder, plant hoppers and green leaf hopper. Apply through foliar spray according to the crop and pest recommendation.

Mode of Entry: Systemic, contact and stomach action
Mode of Action: Asataf contains Acephate, an organophosphate insecticide that acts as an acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor. It disrupts normal nerve signal transmission in insects, leading to paralysis and eventual death of the target pest.

Method of Application
Foliar Spray: Mix the recommended quantity of Asataf with a small quantity of water and stir to form a uniform slurry. Add the remaining quantity of water with continuous agitation to prepare a uniform spray solution. Apply using suitable spraying equipment such as Bucket pump sprayer, Stirrup pump sprayer, Knapsack sprayer, Rocking sprayer, Foot sprayer, Wheel barrow sprayer, Compression knapsack sprayer, Battery sprayer and ASPEE HTP power sprayer. Ensure complete and uniform crop coverage.
Best Time to Spray
Apply Asataf when pest infestation is observed. Spray preferably during suitable weather conditions and avoid excessive wind during application.
Asataf is compatible with commonly used insecticides and fungicides. Check compatibility locally before preparing new tank mixtures.
Store in a cool, dry and well ventilated place away from direct sunlight, food, feed, fertilizers and water sources. Keep the product in its original sealed container.
