About CLINTON Herbicide
CLINTON Herbicide is a non-selective, systemic, post-emergence herbicide containing Glyphosate 41% SL as its active ingredient. It is used to control annual and perennial grasses, broadleaf weeds and other unwanted vegetation in tea plantations and non-cropped areas.
It is most effective when applied to actively growing weeds. Because it is a non-selective herbicide, it can damage any green plant it contacts, so it should be applied carefully and only on target weeds.
CLINTON Herbicide Technical Name
Glyphosate 41% SL (Isopropylamine Salt of Glyphosate)
Product Specifications
Mode of Entry: Systemic
Time of Application: Post-Emergence
Mode of Action: Glyphosate inhibits the EPSP synthase enzyme, which is essential to produce amino acids required for plant growth. Once absorbed through the leaves, it moves throughout the weed and gradually stops its growth, leading to complete weed control.
