Mode of Action: Dhanuka M-45 is a broad-spectrum protective fungicide. On exposure to air, Mancozeb converts to an isothiocyanate, which inactivates sulphahydral groups in fungal enzymes. It reduces enzyme activity in fungi, leading to reduced energy production and fungal death. Metal exchange between Mancozeb and fungal enzymes can also disrupt enzyme function.

Foliar Spray, Nursery Drenching and Seed Treatment: Apply Dhanuka M-45 Fungicide as a foliar spray where crop wise water volume is mentioned. Use soil drench or nursery drenching only where it is specified in the recommendation. For groundnut seed treatment, prepare a water slurry and coat the seed uniformly before sowing.
