About EverGol Xtend
EverGol Xtend is a Bayer Crop Science product containing Penflufen 13.28% w/w + Trifloxystrobin 13.28% w/w FS. It is a systemic fungicide used for protecting seed and young seedlings from labelled fungal diseases during the early crop stage.
EverGol Xtend is recommended in groundnut, soybean, bengal gram crops. It helps manage seed and seedling rot disease in groundnut, soybean and bengal gram, while in rice it is recommended against brown leaf spot, sheath blight and leaf blast.

Mode of Action: EverGol Xtend contains two fungicidal active ingredients, Penflufen and Trifloxystrobin. Penflufen is a pyrazole fungicide with succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor, SDHI, mode of action. It targets succinate dehydrogenase, an enzyme involved in the respiratory chain inside the mitochondria of the fungus. Trifloxystrobin is a Qo inhibitor fungicide that interferes with respiration in plant pathogenic fungi. Together, they help control the labelled fungal diseases when used as recommended.

Seed Treatment: Apply EverGol Xtend uniformly on seed before sowing as per the recommended crop wise dose.
For direct seeded Rice: Seeds are soaked in water for overnight and water is drained out. These water soaked seeds are stored in shade for pre-germination. Prepare total slurry volume 16 ml with appropriate quantity of the formulation and water for treating 1 kg of rice seed. Seed can be treated by mixing the proper amount of the slurry and seed on a polythene bag or appropriate seed treatment equipment until each seed is uniformly coated. The treated seeds should be dried in shade.
For Nursery: prepare total slurry volume 32 ml with appropriate quantity of the formulation and water for treating 1 kg of rice seed. Seed can be treated by mixing the proper amount of the slurry and seed on a polythene bag. The treated seeds should be dried in shade.
Apply EverGol Xtend before sowing as a seed treatment.

Storage
