About Xelora Fungicide
Xelora Fungicide is a BASF product ontaining Thiophanate Methyl 450 g/L + Pyraclostrobin 50 g/L FS. It is a broad spectrum systemic fungicide used for seed treatment.
Xelora Fungicide is recommended in garlic for the management of Fusarium spp. Since it is a seed treatment product, it is applied on seed before sowing.

Mode of Action: Xelora has two active ingredients, Pyraclostrobin and Thiophanate Methyl. Pyraclostrobin acts by inhibiting electron transport in the mitochondria of fungal cells, which affects ATP formation required for fungal metabolic activity. Thiophanate Methyl is a systemic benzimidazole fungicide that acts on mitotic fusion of fungal cells. Together, they help protect the seed and support the crop during early growth stages.
