Usage

Ameen is a broad-spectrum and selective herbicide.
Ameen is a systemic herbicide with multiple sites of action.
It is a post-emergence herbicide for the control of annual and perennial broadleaf weeds in a wide range of crops.
Apart from broad-leaf weeds,these also effectively control the cyperus sp.
It contains amine salt of 2,4-D.
It belongs to the phenoxy carboxylic chemical.
It is rapidly absorbed by the leaves and roots of treated plants.
It is translocated and accumulates into the growing points and acts as a growth inhibitor.
It is compatible with other commonly used chemicals.

MODE OF ACTION

It is a selective and systemic herbicide of the phenoxy carboxylic group. It is a synthetic auxin (plant hormones) that works by causing uncontrolled cell division. Abnormal increases in cell wall plasticity, biosynthesis of proteins, and production of ethylene occur in plant tissues which lead to uncontrolled cell division. This uncontrolled, unsustainable growth ensues, causing stem curl-over, leaf withering, and eventual plant death.
It is recommended to use as post-emergence herbicide up to 2-3 leaf stage of weeds. Take a small amount of water and add the required quantity of paramine and stir the solution well with a stick or rod. Add this solution with the remaining quantity of recommended water and spray with a knapsack sprayer fitted with a flat fan nozzle.

DOSAGE

Dosage :- 60ml in 15ltr of water.

We recommend alternative herbicide molecules like Glufosinate Ammonium 13.5% SL, available in products such as Basta, Ferio, and Sweep Power.
