Katyayani IMD-70 Insecticide is a systemic insecticide with granule formulation

It is an excellent cost-effective crop protection insecticide having both preventative and curative action.

It works at small doses with longer protection against most sucking pests including Leaf/Plant hoppers, aphids, Thrips and White flies.

Katyayani IMD-70 Insecticide Technical Details

Technical Name: Imidacloprid 70% WG

Mode of Entry: Systemic, Contact and stomach action

Mode of Action: IMD-70 is a systemic insecticide with translaminar activity. It is readily taken up by the plant and further distributed acropetally, with good root-systemic action. It is an antagonist that binds to postsynaptic nicotinic receptors in the insect central nervous system, eventually causing death of the insects.

Katyayani IMD-70 Insecticide is used as seed dressing, soil treatment and as foliar treatment in different crops such as Rice, Cotton, okra, cucumber etc.

Due to its granular formulation, no residues hence no abrasion to pump-nozzle; constant agitation and priming of the sprayer is not required

Effective against sucking pests, soil insects, termites & some species of biting insects.

Suitable for use in Integrated pest management.
