NOMINEE GOLD herbicide is a systemic, broad-spectrum and post-emergence herbicide containing Bispyribac Sodium 10% SC as its active ingredient. It is used to control major grasses, sedges and broad leaf weeds in rice fields. The herbicide is widely used in transplanted rice, direct-seeded rice and rice nursery.

Mode of Action: Nominee Gold Herbicide works by stopping the production of amino acids needed for weed growth. It inhibits the ALS enzyme in weeds. After spraying, weeds stop growing, gradually turn yellow and finally dry and die.

Method of Application
- Apply Nominee Gold Herbicide as a foliar spray using a knapsack sprayer, battery sprayer or power sprayer fitted with flat-fan or flood-jet nozzle.
- Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
- Spray directly on exposed weeds.
- Re-flood the field within 48–72 hours after spraying.
- Maintain standing water in the field for 5–7 days after application.
Best Time to Spray
- Spray when weeds are at the 2–5 leaf stage.
- Spray during morning or late afternoon.
- Do not spray if rainfall is expected within 6 hours.
- Nursery rice: apply 10-12 days after sowing
- Transplanted rice: apply10-14 days after planting
- Direct seeded rice: apply15-25 days after planting
Compatibility, Safety & Storage
Tank-Mix Compatibility
Do not mix NOMINEE GOLD Herbicide with Sulphur or copper-containing pesticides.
Consult an agronomist before mixing with other chemicals.
