Hitweed is a selective herbicide developed by Godrej Agrovet, specifically designed for use in cotton crops.
It contains 'Pyrithiobac Sodium', an active ingredient. Hitweed is highly effective on several broad leaf weeds.
Hitweed Herbicide is India's first highly selective herbicide for Cotton.
It provides more space, light, and air for cotton plants, promoting robust growth and higher yields.

Hitweed Herbicide Technical Details

Technical Name: Pyrithiobac Sodium 10 EC
Mode of Entry: Systemic
Mode of Action: It is an early post-emergence and selective herbicide with Acetolactate Synthase inhibition (ALS). It inhibits the synthesis of essential amino acids and proteins leading to the death of weeds.
