Itarich (Mycorrhiza Powder) by Katra Fertilizers is an anti-fungal bio-stimulant used to protect crops from harmful fungal effects while also supporting plant growth. It effectively demonstrates antimicrobial activity and induces systemic resistance in plants against a wide range of fungal pathogens, in crops such as vegetables, fruit crops, cotton, cereals (wheat and paddy), and pulses. Itarich acts both as an anti-fungal agent, improving the immunity of the plant against harmful microorganisms, and as a bio-stimulant, supporting flower initiation, promoting positive growth, and helping the crop overcome water stress. It works through a combination of preventive and curative modes of action, and is suitable for foliar, drip or soil application in recommended crops.

Mode of Action: Itarich works both preventively and curatively. When applied in a preventive schedule, it systemically protects the crop against fungal attack and stimulates crop growth through better nutrient uptake. When applied curatively, it enters the cellular system of the plant and breaks down the cell wall of the fungus, helping kill it. As a bio-stimulant, Itarich also plays an important role in nitrogen assimilation, builds immunity in plants to fight infection, and is needed for chlorophyll synthesis.
Time of Application: Preventive and curative, at key crop growth stages

It is best to consult an agronomist before mixing it with any other product.
Itarich should be stored at recommended conditions, in a cool, dry and well ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, and kept in its original sealed container.
"For best resul;ts, match your application timing to the crop's growth stage, since Itarich is designed to work both preventively, protecting the crop before a fungal attack, and curatively, once infection is already present. By appropriate scheduled applications from early growth through flowering to fruiting, gives the crop the most consistent protection." – BigHaat Agronomy Expert
