About Product

Maiden is an insecticide and acaricide produced by Biostadt, containing Hexythiazox as its active ingredient.

Maiden Insecticide is specifically designed to control phytophagous mites across various crops.

It has the distinction of being the first IGR Acaricide to be introduced in India.

It has a novel acaricidal chemistry with marvelous ovicidal, larvicidal and nymphicidal properties.

Maiden Insecticide Technical Details

Technical Name: Hexythiazox 5.45% EC

Mode of Entry: Contact and stomach

Mode of Action: Maiden insecticide acts on the insects' nervous system, and it disrupts the normal development of mites, preventing them from reaching maturity and reproducing. In the pest, rapid excitation and impairment of coordination occurs leading to death of target pests.
