About Multiplex Multi-PK
Multiplex Multi-PK (0:52:34) from Multiplex is a 100% water soluble complex fertilizer (Mono Potassium Phosphate) containing Phosphorus (52%) and Potassium (34%), suitable for all crops. Phosphorus and Potassium are major nutrients required by plants in larger quantity, but many farmers use more Nitrogen and very little Phosphorus and Potassium, leading to an imbalance that results in weak, stunted growth and plants becoming more susceptible to pests and diseases. This MKP fertilizer for crop nutrition is applied through foliar spray or fertigation, helping correct this nutrient imbalance, improving absorption of water and other nutrients from the soil, and supporting healthy, disease-resistant plant growth.

Key Roles of Nutrients in Plant Nutrition
-
Phosphorus: Required for healthy development of the root system and better tillering, which helps in higher crop yield.
-
Potassium: Absorbed by plants in larger amounts than any other mineral element except Nitrogen; helps in protein synthesis, photosynthesis, disease resistance, root growth, fruit quality and drought/cold tolerance.
Time of Application: As a foliar spray or through fertigation, suitable even at later stages of the crop.
Key Features & Benefits
-
Corrects Nutrient Imbalance: Helps rectify the imbalance of major nutrients within the plant caused by excess Nitrogen use and low Phosphorus and Potassium application.
-
Improves Nutrient & Water Uptake: Improves better absorption of water and other nutrients from the soil.
-
Builds Disease & Pest Resistance: Plants become healthy and develop resistance against diseases and pests.
-
Boosts Yield & Grain Weight: Increases yield both by quality and quantity and increases 1000 grain weight.
-
Enhances Produce Quality: Keeps plants green for longer after grain filling, imparts attractive colour to the produce, and increases its shelf life.
Multiplex Multi-PK Dosage & Recommended Crops
Recommended Crops: All crops.
Method of Application and Dosage:
- Foliar Spray: Dissolve 5 to 10 gm per litre of water (0.5 to 1% solution) and spray on both surfaces of the leaves. Use the wetting agent Multiplex Maxiwet at 0.5 ml per litre of prepared spray solution.
- Fertigation: 1 to 2 kg per acre.
Best Time to Spray: Can be used as a foliar spray or through fertigation even at later stages of the crop.

Multiplex Multi-PK Expert Advice
"Multiplex Multi-PK works well as a foliar spray or through fertigation, even at the later stages of the crop, to correct the common imbalance of Phosphorus and Potassium that build up when Nitrogen use is high. Adding a wetting agent to the spray solution helps improve absorption, supporting better root development, grain weight, and overall plant health." – BigHaat Agronomy Expert
