Moximate Fungicide is a broad-spectrum fungicide developed by Indofil Industries Ltd.

It is designed to control and prevent a variety of fungal diseases in crops.

Known for its “kick-back” action, which helps in controlling resistant fungal populations and inducing a defense mechanism in plants by thickening the cell wall near the infection site.

Moximate Fungicide Technical Details

Technical Name: Cymoxanil 8% + Mancozeb 64% WP

Mode of Entry: Systemic and Contact

Mode of Action: Moximate due to various actions on spores, viz – Inhibits spore germination, reduces spore viability and inhibits spores' production, controls spread of disease. Cymoxanil has locally systemic activity inhibiting sporulation in fungi. Mancozeb is a contact fungicide that works by preventing the growth of fungi on the surface of the plant.
